Raft Tiger Vans was born from the dream of living life on the road—one fueled by adventure and the rugged beauty of Colorado. In 2015, Nate left behind a career in electrical engineering, sold everything, and set off on a new journey. That journey? A retro Astro van.

What followed were years filled with adrenaline and exploration—cycling mountain trails, rafting fierce whitewater, carving up the black diamonds, and always chasing the next horizon. From the craggy peaks of Colorado to the misty Cascades of the PNW, and even a stent in the Caribbean, Nate's journey was anything but ordinary.

By 2019, after countless miles and memories, Nate found his home base in the vibrant Appalachian hub of Asheville, NC. Here, Raft Tiger Vans was born, a company built on the spirit of adventure, craftsmanship, and a passion for life on the road.
